Los Angeles Kings goaltender David Rittich is the likely starter for Wednesday's road game against the Nashville Predators. The veteran has started four of the last six games for the Kings but has just one win in that time as the Kings have dropped 14 of their past 16 games overall. However, the 31-year-old cannot be faulted for his team's woes as Rittich has turned in a stellar 2.09 goals-against average and a .920 save percentage in 10 appearances (eight starts), helping his team earn points in seven of those eight starts this season. He has an up-and-down career in the NHL, mostly with the Calgary Flames, as he owns a career 2.83 GAA and .905 Sv% across 182 regular-season contests. He has also spent time with the Maple Leafs, Predators, and Jets in addition to the Flames and Kings.--Brenton Kemp
