Running backs coach Duce Staley has informed the New York Jets that he's expecting to join the Cleveland Browns' coaching staff as their running backs coach, according to a source. Staley had recently met with the Jets to discuss their RBs coach vacancy. He was with the Philadelphia Eagles from 2011-2020 and joined the Detroit Lions as assistant head coach and running backs coach in 2021 and then held the same position for the Carolina Panthers to begin the 2023 season before being fired on Nov. 27, along with head coach Frank Reich and quarterbacks coach Josh McCown. Staley will be taking over for RBs coach Stump Mitchell, who was fired alongside offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt and tight ends coach T.C. McCartney after the team's loss in the wild-card round of the playoffs.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
