CBB DFS: Main DraftKings Daily Fantasy College Basketball Picks - Today's Top Lineups (1/10/24)

Armando Bacot CBB DFS ncaa tournament daily fantasy college basketball march madness

Today's Main DraftKings CBB DFS lineup picks for 1/10/24. Mike's top daily fantasy college basketball sleepers to build winning NCAA DFS lineups on DraftKings.

We are full tilt into conference season right now. There are so many good games in the middle of the week and on Saturdays that DraftKings had to make a main and a late slate to get them all on DFS slates. Our main slate tonight is packed with nine games to choose from. We have two games starting a bit earlier than normal tonight with Providence in Queens to take on St. John's and Northwestern in State College to take on Penn State.

The regular window gives us Tennessee in StarkVegas. Kansas gets a nice trip to Orlando after the dumping of snow they just got. Louisville heads down to South Florida to take on Miami. Clemson is in Blacksburg to take on the Hokies. We have the Battle of North Carolina in Raleigh with the Tar Heels in town. We close out with UConn in Cincinnati to take on Xavier and Wisconsin in Columbus to take on the Buckeyes.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 1/10/24, starting at 6:30 pm Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower levels of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Devin Carter, Providence ($9,100)

Carter was having a good season anyway, but he is treating the Big East like Godzilla treated Tokyo. Carter has at least 40 DraftKings points in all four Big East games so far. Seton Hall is the only team that held him under 22 points and he is three total rebounds away from four straight double-doubles. Carter is peaking at the right time for the Friars as they look to make some noise in the Big East.

Zakai Zeigler, Tennessee ($7,700)

Zeigler is back and so is his price tag. It was only a matter of time. DraftKings couldn't sleep on him forever. We all remember the image of Zeigler going down on Senior Night last year and how different Tennessee was without him. The Vols are playing well lately and the resurgence of Zeigler is a big reason why. Zeigler has 89 DraftKings points in his last two games against power conference opponents while playing all but four minutes total in those games. His knee is fine, and most importantly, Zeigler has the confidence back in his ability.

Kyshawn George, Miami (FL) ($6,500)

George has played huge minutes for the Hurricanes in the absence of Wooga Poplar. Poplar is still day-to-day with his ankle injury, but he has had that designation for over a week. We have no idea where Wooga is in his recovery, but if he's out again, George is a bargain. He has 119.25 DraftKings points in the last four games. George's strong play has likely earned him a larger role even when Poplar returns, but I wouldn't roll him out in that situation right away. However, if Nijel Pack is out, deploy George like we have in the last couple of weeks.

Shakeel Moore, Mississippi State ($4,900)

My highlighted bargain plays haven't been that great lately (hopefully you used CJ Wilcher from the also-consider list last night). I'm trying to get back on the right track with Moore. He's mostly a shooter, but he has scored in double figures in four of the last five games. Moore is efficient from the floor and does a solid job of getting to the line when he's in there. As far as value plays go, Moore is pretty safe.

Also consider: Kevin McCullar Jr., Kansas ($8,900); Kanye Clary, Penn State ($8,000); Daniss Jenkins, St. John's ($7,600); Stephon Castle, Connecticut ($6,900); Hunter Cattoor, Virginia Tech ($6,300); Ticket Gaines, Providence ($5,900); Cormac Ryan, North Carolina ($5,400); Nick Kern Jr., Penn State ($4,700); Connor Essegian, Wisconsin ($3,400)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Armando Bacot, North Carolina ($8,400)

If Norchad Omier were 100% healthy against Louisville, I would lock him in. His ankle is still a little tender and he is expected to play, but there's a lot of added risk, especially if the Cardinals get blown out. It may be time to turn back to Bacot. He is quietly averaging another double-double this season and has at least 39 DraftKings points in three games against ACC opponents this season. He's at his best in the conference, which is exactly what we want to see.

Ian Schieffelin, Clemson ($7,800)

Teams finally got the memo that PJ Hall is really good. Opponents have started rolling defenders toward Hall, which forces other players to beat them. Schieffelin is one of the beneficiaries of this defense of Hall. He has at least 30 DraftKings points in every competitive game over the last six weeks. DraftKings finally got around to raising his price, but Schieffelin racked up 51.75 DraftKings points against North Carolina over the weekend. It is warranted.

Samson Johnson, Connecticut ($5,100)

He's not Donovan Clingan, but he doesn't have to be. UConn is talented enough to make up for the loss of Clingan. Johnson is just the body off the bench that is now a starter for the foreseeable future. Johnson has played 74 minutes in three games since Clingan went down, putting up 32 points, 11 rebounds, seven blocks, two steals, and an assist. Those are good enough numbers for this price range.

Ben Middlebrooks, North Carolina State ($4,400)

Middlebrooks has been a very solid contributor since being demoted to the bench about a month ago. He's only playing about two fewer minutes per game, but Middlebrooks is averaging nearly a point more than his season average and 0.6 more rebounds. He has finished in double figures in DraftKings points in all six games off the bench. He's a low-risk value play tonight.

Also consider: Hunter Dickinson, Kansas ($9,800); Joel Soriano, St. John's ($8,200); Tyler Wahl, Wisconsin ($6,800); Jamison Battle, Ohio State ($6,500); Nick Martinelli, Northwestern ($4,800); Mekhi Long, Virginia Tech ($4,500); Robbie Beran, Virginia Tech ($4,300)
