Week 16 PPR Rankings for Fantasy Football: Jonathan Taylor, Breece Hall, James Conner, Tee Higgins, Jordan Addison, Rashee Rice

DeVonta Smith - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Updated Week 16 fantasy football rankings for PPR scoring for Week 16 (2023). Set winning lineups with our Week 16 PPR rankings for fantasy football.

Here at RotoBaller, we wish everyone a safe and Happy Holiday season. Week 16 is finally here! It's the semi-finals of the fantasy playoffs, and it's time to set those winning lineups. Fantasy managers have worked hard to get to this point. RotoBaller has been with you all season long and is guiding you to the fantasy title with our Week 16 fantasy football PPR rankings for fantasy football

NFL's Week 16 games are spread out over the weekend, with two games on Saturday, nine on Sunday, and finishing the week with three on Monday. The Bengals, Steelers, Chargers, and Bills all play on Saturday. Fantasy managers might be looking for upside if they faced either Puka Nacua or Kyren Williams on Thursday, so let's see where key fantasy options such as Ty Chandler, De'Von Achane, Rashee Rice, Jordan Addison, Devin Singletary, Tee Higgins, James Conner, Jonathan Taylor, Breece Hall, and Austin Ekeler rank this week.

Our PPR fantasy football rankings for Week 16 are put together by Nick MarianoScott EngelAndersen Pickard, and Brandon Murchinson. In addition to our staff rankings, below you will find a summary of this week's important fantasy football injury news. There are always critical injuries to track, so check back until kickoff.

Editor's Note: Stay on top of your draft prep with RotoBaller’s fantasy football rankings, featuring expert analysis, ADPs, and draft insights for both PPR and non-PPR leagues.

Week 16 PPR Rankings Analysis

A new feature has been added to our weekly fantasy football rankings article. Below, you will find our fantasy football outlooks for key options in Week 16, which gives readers a matchup preview of that player and advice on whether to start or avoid for the upcoming week. We provide outlooks for all 32 NFL teams, which can be found on our player profile pages and our fantasy football news desk.

Breece Hall, RB, New York Jets
Week 16 Overall PPR Rankings: 27
Week 16 Running Back PPR Rankings: 13

New York Jets running back Breece Hall was completely shut down by the Miami Dolphins last week but has a great opportunity to bounce back against the Washington Commanders in Week 16. The Jets' offense is difficult to trust, especially this week with quarterback Trevor Siemian starting in place of Zach Wilson (concussion), but Hall should find success with the Commanders surrendering the eighth-most fantasy points to running backs this season.

Additionally, Washington leads the NFL in points allowed, so Hall could easily find himself in position to score at some point on Sunday. While a productive showing cannot be guaranteed, fantasy managers should have some level of confidence that Hall can perform as an RB2 in this matchup.

Jonathan Taylor, RB, Indianapolis Colts
Week 16 Overall PPR Rankings: 20
Week 16 Running Back PPR Rankings: 11

Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor (thumb) has been removed from the injury report and will play against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 16. He was a full participant in practice all week long and should be 100 percent on Sunday. The star playmaker ranks as a low-end RB1 in fantasy football, especially against an Atlanta defense, surrendering 115.3 scrimmage yards per game to opposing backfields. With Zack Moss (forearm) ruled out for Week 16, Taylor should see a heavy workload on Sunday and is a must-start in all formats.

Tee Higgins, WR, Cincinnati Bengals
Week 16 Overall PPR Rankings: 35
Week 16 Wide Receiver PPR Rankings: 18

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins hasn't had a productive 2023-24 campaign. He's dealt with a few injuries. Additionally, the 24-year-old found the end zone just twice ahead of the meeting with the Vikings. Most fantasy managers had lost hope, so he wasn't included in many starting lineups in Week 15.

However, he caught four passes and was targeted eight times versus Minnesota, ending with 61 yards and two touchdowns. He's still hard to trust despite coming off an impressive performance. But with Ja'Marr Chase (shoulder) unavailable, Higgins is a must-start.

DK Metcalf, WR, Seattle Seahawks
Week 16 Overall PPR Rankings: 21
Week 16 Wide Receiver PPR Rankings: 11

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf caught three passes for 58 yards to help set up the game-winning touchdown in Monday's surprise win over the Philadelphia Eagles. His involvement salvaged his game from a fantasy perspective, finishing with five catches and 78 yards. On Sunday, the Seahawks take on the Tennessee Titans, who have allowed the second-most receptions and sixth-most yards to wide receivers in 2023.

After two weeks of running routes with Drew Lock under center, quarterback Geno Smith (groin) is off the injury report and expected to start in Week 16, bolstering Metcalf's chances of a big week. The 6-foot-4 receiver will also enjoy a healthy size advantage over the Titans' diminutive cornerbacks as he looks to reach the end zone for the eighth time this year. With a healthy quarterback and a plus matchup, Metcalf looks like a high-end WR2 capable of pushing his way into the top tier.

Austin Ekeler, RB, Los Angeles Chargers
Week 16 Overall PPR Rankings: 54
Week 16 Running Back PPR Rankings: 26

Los Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler is a risky fantasy option in Week 16 lineups. The flailing Chargers will face the Buffalo Bills, who need a win to keep up in the AFC playoff race. Last week, Ekeler only played 40% of the team's offensive snaps, turning nine touches into 38 total yards. With a new coaching staff leading the team this week, Ekeler could get back to his lead-back role, but with Easton Stick under center, they're unlikely to move the ball much against a strong Bills defense. Ekeler has RB2 upside but a lower floor than most others ranked around him.

Week 16 PPR Rankings for Fantasy Football: Top-300

Rankings are updated until kick-off. Be sure to bookmark our weekly PPR rankings, Half-PPR rankings, and Standard rankings.

Note that quarterbacks, defenses, and kickers are all grouped separately toward the bottom. Each of those positions is ranked on its own. This helps to compare running backs, wide receivers, and tight ends for FLEX spots (without QB, DEF, and K mixed in).
