The Seattle Seahawks will work out free-agent veteran offensive tackle Jason Peters after losing both left tackle Charles Cross (toe) and right tackle Abe Lucas (knee) in the Week 1 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. Cross' and Lucas' availability for Week 2 against the Detroit Lions is uncertain. Stone Forsythe finished the game on Sunday at left tackle, and Jake Curhan finished the game for Seattle at right tackle. Peters, 41, has played 19 NFL seasons with the Buffalo Bills, Philadelphia Eagles, Chicago Bears and Dallas Cowboys and has been named to nine Pro Bowls. Peters saw action in 10 games (one start) for the Cowboys in 2022. If Cross and Lucas miss any time, Seattle's offense could continue to struggle early on.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
