Tampa Bay Rays manager Kevin Cash said that corner infielder Yandy Diaz (groin) will be in the lineup on Friday against the Houston Astros as the designated hitter and will avoid an injured-list stint due to groin tightness. Diaz was forced from Tuesday's game against the Marlins with a left-groin injury and sat out on Wednesday, but he's apparently feeling better after the team's off day on Thursday. The 31-year-old has been a must-start all year for fantasy managers, so you'll want to get him back in there on Friday as he faces Astros right-hander Cristian Javier. Diaz is batting .318/.401/.508 with a .909 OPS, 14 home runs, 49 RBI and 60 runs scored in 327 at-bats. His .401 on-base percentage leads the league.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
