Baltimore Orioles outfielder Cedric Mullins (groin) was pulled early during Monday's game against the Cleveland Guardians. The left-handed slugger suffered a right groin strain while trying to beat out an infield single in the eighth inning. Manager Brandon Hyde mentioned that Mullins will undergo further testing to determine the severity of the injury. Fantasy managers should prepare for Mullins to take a trip to the injured list.
