New York Knicks forward Obi Toppin (knee) is available to play on a "situational" basis Wednesday against the San Antonio Spurs. Toppin has not played since December 7th after suffering a fracture in his kneecap. Head coach Tom Thibodeau noted Toppin is available on a situational basis, meaning Toppin likely won't play unless there is garbage time. Toppin will need to get consistent practice time before making an impact.--Dale Johnson
