Los Angeles Chargers kicker Dustin Hopkins (quadriceps) is officially inactive for the Week 5 contest against the Cleveland Browns after he was limited in practice all week. The Chargers elevated Taylor Bertolet from the practice squad to the active roster on Saturday, and he'll serve as the team's kicker on Sunday against Cleveland. The 29-year-old Bertolet will be making his NFL debut in Week 5 for the Bolts. Although the Chargers offense can put up points with the best of them, Bertolet should be avoided by fantasy managers in his first career NFL game.--Keith Hernandez
