Max Meyer Has Contract Selected, Will Make Debut Saturday
Max Meyer has had his contract selected from Triple-A Jacksonville and will make his MLB debut on Saturday against the Phillies. This news has been known for the last few days but now it's official. Jimmy Yacabonis has been placed on the 15-day IL with a left groin strain to make room for Meyer. The 23-year-old former first-round pick put together a 3.72 ERA, 1.00 WHIP, and 65:19 K/BB ratio over 58 innings in Triple-A this year. He's most definitely worth a speculative add in all fantasy formats.
