The Cleveland Browns signed Pro Bowl cornerback Denzel Ward to a five-year, $100.5 million contract extension on Monday that includes $71.25 million guaranteed, according to a source. At age 24, Ward becomes the highest-paid cornerback in NFL history. Ward was the fourth overall pick by the Browns in 2018, and he has been named to two Pro Bowls, including last season when he had 43 tackles (34 solo), three interceptions (one for a touchdown), 10 passes defensed and half a sack in 15 games for Cleveland. He's much more useful in real life in the Browns secondary than in IDP fantasy leagues, but Ward has recorded 10 career interceptions in his four NFL seasons.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
