New York Islanders center Mathew Barzal (lower body) will be a game-time decision when his team hosts the Winnipeg Jets on Friday. Head coach Barry Trotz told the media Barzal will participate in pregame warmups and a decision will be made after. The 24-year-old forward has missed six games after sustaining a lower-body injury in a 5-2 loss to the Los Angeles Kings on February 26. Barzal leads the Isles with 37 points (12 goals, 25 assists) through 45 games played his season. --Chelena Goldman
