2024 NFL QB Power Rankings: All 32 Starting Quarterbacks for Week 13

Jameis Winston - NFL DFS Picks, Waiver Wire, Fantasy Football Rankings

Quincy Milton ranks all 32 starting NFL quarterbacks for Week 13 of the 2024 season. From Lamar Jackson to Tommy DeVito, see where your favorite quarterback falls.

With a couple of elite quarterbacks in Joe Burrow and Josh Allen on a bye in Week 12, we were deprived of a few of the usual massive performances we have become accustomed to. Even so, there were still a few noteworthy performances to highlight this week.

From a snow game in Cleveland to a nice afternoon in Carolina, we were treated to several solid games from quarterbacks. Bottom dwellers such as Bryce Young find themselves climbing the ranks this week.

Overall, there were very few total bomb performances this week. As such, most games on the slate were relatively exciting. Without further ado, let's dive in and see where the signal-callers rank heading into Week 13.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

1. Lamar Jackson - Baltimore Ravens

Jackson gets to hold onto his top spot after scoring three total touchdowns against the Chargers in Week 12. While Saquon Barkley is making a case for the MVP award, Jackson should still be very high in the conversation.

2. Josh Allen - Buffalo Bills

Allen was on a bye in Week 12, so he did not have a chance to work his magic. Before his bye, Allen had been performing at a high level. He will enter Week 13 refreshed and off a win against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 11. Look for Allen to continue his top-5 production.

3. Joe Burrow - Cincinnati Bengals

Burrow had the week off in Week 12. He has been playing out of his mind in 2024, despite the Bengals' overall struggles as a team. Burrow is on pace for career highs across the board. He will look to try to salvage the Bengals' season starting in Week 13.

4. Jared Goff - Detroit Lions

Goff did not have to do much in Week 12 as Sonic and Knuckles (Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery) took the wheel. This Lions team can win in so many different ways and Goff does not have to throw for over 400 yards and four touchdowns every week like he did in Week 11.

5. Patrick Mahomes - Kansas City Chiefs

Mahomes has now thrown three touchdowns in three of his last four games. Most importantly, he has only thrown two interceptions in that span, both of which came in Week 11. The Chiefs had to squeak out a win against an all-of-a-sudden scrappy Panthers team in Week 12. However, the fact that they scored 30 points for the second time in four weeks is encouraging. The offense, and Mahomes, are finding their footing.

6. Jalen Hurts - Philadelphia Eagles

Hurts played a nice, clean game as he watched running back Saquon Barkley rush for 255 yards in a huge win over the Rams in Week 12. Hurts was solid on the ground himself with 39 rushing yards. He also found A.J. Brown for an excellent touchdown dime in the first half. The Eagles are rolling behind Barkley and Hurts.

7. Tua Tagovailoa - Miami Dolphins

Well, there is Tagovailoa. Week 12 brought a four-touchdown explosion for him. The Dolphins are right back in the thick of the playoff mix because of their young quarterback. If he keeps up this play, then things could turn around. A huge test awaits in Green Bay on Thanksgiving night.

8. Justin Herbert - Los Angeles Chargers

Herbert found the end zone on the ground in Week 12, but he failed to throw a touchdown against a beatable Ravens passing defense. Still, Herbert has been awesome for most of the season. He has had a couple of down games in a row, but that does not stand to be prescriptive for the rest of the season.

9. Brock Purdy - San Francisco 49ers

Purdy ended up being inactive in Week 12. His absence was notable as the Packers wound up wiping the floor with the 49ers. Backup quarterback Brandon Allen simply could not get much done in Purdy's stead. The 49ers will hope to have Purdy back in Week 13.

10. Sam Darnold - Minnesota Vikings

Darnold looked awesome in Week 12. He threw for 330 yards and two touchdowns with a QBR of 82.6. The Vikings found a way to squeak out another close win against the Bears in Week 12. They are keeping pace with the Lions in the division with Darnold leading the charge.

11. Jordan Love - Green Bay Packers

Much like his fellow NFC North quarterback, Jared Goff, Love did not have to do much in Week 12 as running back Josh Jacobs carved up the 49ers on the ground. Most importantly, Love did not throw an interception after entering the week with 11.

12. Baker Mayfield - Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Mayfield was awesome in Week 12. With Mike Evans back in the lineup, Mayfield threw for 294 yards. He also continues to be a dual threat this season as he scored his third rushing touchdown. The Buccaneers will need to string together a solid series of wins to continue competing. However, they are only one game out of the lead in the NFC South.

13. Jayden Daniels - Washington Commanders

Daniels enjoyed solid passing output in Week 12. However, it took a couple of huge miracle plays to get there. Daniels has started throwing a lot of interceptions of late, which he was not doing to start the season. As such, the Commanders are in the middle of a three-game slide, which is jeopardizing their playoff hopes.

14. Russell Wilson - Pittsburgh Steelers

In a snow game against the Cleveland Browns on Thursday night, Wilson was solid in a losing effort. Despite the whiteout conditions, Wilson threw for 270 yards and a touchdown. Ultimately, the Steelers would lose this game, but Wilson continues to be an excellent choice for their starting quarterback position.

15. Bo Nix - Denver Broncos

Nix started slow on Sunday but finished strong. His completion percentage could have been better (25-of-42) but he threw for 273 yards and two touchdowns. The Broncos are sitting at 7-5 with a confident rookie in Nix who could help them make some noise in the playoffs should they get there.

16. Matthew Stafford - Los Angeles Rams

Stafford's Week 12 numbers were bolstered by a garbage-time touchdown. He was under constant pressure from a talented Eagles defensive line. Stafford still played a solid game but every game is crucial at this point for the Rams.

17. Kyler Murray - Arizona Cardinals

Murray has been one of the most inconsistent quarterbacks this season. He threw for 285 yards and a horrendous interception in Week 12 in Seattle. Murray and the offense could not get much going en route to just six points scored. The Cardinals will need more from Murray if they expect to continue to compete in the NFC West.

18. C.J. Stroud - Houston Texans

Stroud is in a serious slump at this point in the season. Just when the Texans need to be building momentum, they are doing the opposite. Stroud's two interceptions in Week 12 pushed his season total to nine. He only threw five all of 2023 as a rookie. Stroud is not getting much help from his offensive line but he needs to be much better if the Texans want to make a deep playoff run.

19. Geno Smith - Seattle Seahawks

Smith was solid in Week 12 as the Seahawks took the divisional lead in the NFC West. He threw for 254 yards and a touchdown. He threw a bad interception in the red zone once again, but he continues to do enough down the stretch of games to grant the Seahawks victories.

20. Kirk Cousins - Atlanta Falcons

Cousins and co. enjoyed a bye in Week 12. The week off was much needed for a quarterback who has been riddled by inconsistency all season. Luckily, the Falcons play in a bad division. However, Cousins is going to need to perform better if the Falcons want to truly compete in the NFC this season.

21. Caleb Williams - Chicago Bears

Since moving on from offensive coordinator Shane Waldron, the Bears have found consistency behind excellent play from their young signal-caller. Williams recorded another 300-yard game and threw two touchdowns. He made several excellent throws in this one and led a game-tying drive. The Vikings would go on to win, but there is a lot of good to take away here for Williams.

22. Drake Maye - New England Patriots

Maye had another two-turnover game on Sunday in Miami. However, amid all the turnovers is the making of a quarterback who could be great. Maye is certainly not in the running for any awards, and he does not have a lot of attention on him. Even so, he continues to be gritty in a tough situation and he should only continue to improve.

23. Derek Carr - New Orleans Saints

Carr and the Saints were on a bye in Week 12. After two straight wins leading into their bye, the Saints may have had a chance to put some things together during their week off. They are still very much in the mix for their division. Carr will look to do a lot with very little down the stretch of the season.

24. Jameis Winston - Cleveland Browns

The Jameis Winston experience is unlike any other. Despite the Browns' 3-8 record, Winston's charisma has galvanized this franchise. Winston threw for 219 yards and an interception in Week 12. He also lost a fumble. However, it was his game-winning touchdown flip that put his performance over the top. Winston should have been the starting quarterback since Week 3. Perhaps the Browns would be playoff contenders then.

25. Cooper Rush - Dallas Cowboys

Rush is slowly building momentum with the Cowboys. He played a clean game on Sunday against the Commanders, with 247 passing yards and two touchdowns. Rush has always been a solid backup. He has definitely displayed that ability over the past couple of weeks.

26. Bryce Young - Carolina Panthers

Young has quietly strung together a few nice weeks for the Panthers. He had guided the team to a two-game winning streak before Week 12. On Sunday, he led the Panthers to a one-score loss against the Kansas City Chiefs. He even led a game-tying drive. If this keeps up, then the Panthers may have something in Young.

27. Anthony Richardson - Indianapolis Colts

The box score would suggest that Richardson was a lot worse than he was in Week 12. Yes, he only completed 11-of-28 passes. However, Richardson had several excellent throws called back because of penalties. He also threw a touchdown pass that was dropped. He will need to be more accurate moving forward, but it also seems as though the Colts got away from his strengths once again in Week 12.

28. Aaron Rodgers - New York Jets

Rodgers and the Jets were on a bye in Week 12. This season has been marred by the firing of both the Jets head coach and general manager, as well as a 3-8 record. Rodgers has been playing uninspired football this season, so time will tell if he gets back on track at all.

29. Will Levis - Tennessee Titans

Levis was not clean in Week 12. He took eight sacks and threw a pick-six. However, he was gritty in the pocket and stood in to throw for 278 yards and two touchdowns. Levis has slowly built some momentum after returning from injury three weeks ago. He led the Titans to a massive win over the division-leading Texans in Week 12.

30. Mac Jones - Jacksonville Jaguars

Jones and the Jaguars were off in Week 12. There is a chance that Jones loses his job in Week 13 with Trevor Lawrence seemingly having a chance to play. However, if Jones remains the starter, he will continue to be ranked quite low on this list.

31. Aidan O'Connell - Las Vegas Raiders

The Gardner Minshew II era is over in Vegas, as he broke his collarbone on Sunday. O'Connell appears to be poised to return from his injury and retake the starting job over Desmond Ridder. O'Connell is not elite, but he has protected the ball over the last two seasons.

32. Tommy Devito - New York Giants

DeVito did not inject the same energy into the Giants in Week 12 as he did in 2023. He did not turn the ball over, but he finished the game with a *checks notes* 14.8 QBR. This franchise is on the fast track to nowhere.
