10 Worst QB Performances From Week 10, Including Caleb Williams and Daniel Jones

Joe Flacco - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Quincy Milton ranks the 10 worst quarterback performances for Week 10 of the 2024 season. Caleb Williams, Daniel Jones, and others make the list of 10 underperformers.

It was an up-and-down week throughout the NFL but we were treated to several tight games. Five games on Sunday were one-score games.

Overall, the quarterback play was not too egregiously bad across the board. Still, 10 players must make this list every week, and there were certainly a couple of players who were more than deserving.

Caleb Williams continues to look like a rookie, and frankly so does Daniel Jones. Don’t worry, it is not a lonely list as eight other players will be joining them. Without further delay, here are the 10 worst quarterback performances of Week 10.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

10. Jayden Daniels, Washington Commanders

The rookie sensation finally had what one could consider to be a bad game. Jayden Daniels completed 50% of his passes and only threw for 202 yards in Week 10. He was also sacked three times.

Daniels and the Commanders offense rolled through the first two-and-a-half quarters, but they completely stalled out when it mattered. Never fear as Daniels should shake this one off.

9. Kirk Cousins, Atlanta Falcons

You may be wondering how a player who threw for over 300 yards could end up on this list. Kirk Cousins’ turnovers and turnover-worthy plays once again were the difference between a win and a loss for the Falcons.

Cousins threw an interception and zero touchdowns in Week 10. He also fumbled on the final drive, which completely derailed the Falcons’ comeback chances even though they recovered the football.

8. Trey Lance, Dallas Cowboys

Since the Cowboys turned to Trey Lance in the fourth quarter against the Philadelphia Eagles, he had a chance to end up on this list. Lance looked sharp over his first few throws. However, he ended the game with 21 passing yards and an interception.

Lance displayed the athleticism that made him the No. 3 overall pick in 2021. Unfortunately, he did not light the world on fire in his Cowboys debut.

7. Aaron Rodgers, New York Jets

The 40-year-old continues to look, well, 40 years old. Aaron Rodgers and the Jets were demolished by the Arizona Cardinals in Week 10. Rodgers managed some garbage-time statistics, but he finished the game with just 151 passing yards.

This Jets offense is a complete mess, and Rodgers continues to demonstrate that he is no longer “the guy.” He will continue to have good games here and there, but the consistency is sorely lacking.

6. Sam Darnold, Minnesota Vikings

The Vikings won on Sunday despite Sam Darnold’s three interceptions. The Vikings repeatedly made trips to the red zone only for Darnold to throw their chances away.

Darnold has started to look like vintage Darnold over the last couple of weeks. That is far from a good thing. The Vikings will have to hope for better play from their starting quarterback as the race for the NFC North heats up.

5. Caleb Williams, Chicago Bears

It is hard to say that Caleb Williams continues to underperform because he is still a rookie. However, on paper, the infrastructure around him suggests that he should be playing better than he has been of late. In Week 10, he only managed to complete 16-of-30 passes for 120 yards and no touchdowns.

After beating up on a couple of soft defenses earlier in the season, Williams and the Bears offense continue to struggle. It is worth wondering at this point if coaching jobs may be on the line as the Bears fall to 4-5.

4. Joe Flacco, Indianapolis Colts

Joe Flacco is going to play his way right back into the backup role if he continues to play like he has the last couple of weeks. Flacco did manage to throw two touchdown passes but he also threw three horrible interceptions.

The Flacco that lit the league on fire with the Cleveland Browns in 2023 was very turnover-prone, so this is no surprise. Still, he has not fared any better than former starter Anthony Richardson.

3. Daniel Jones, New York Giants

Daniel Jones continues to make consistent appearances on this list. Subsequently, the Giants continue to lose. Jones threw for 190 yards and no touchdowns in Week 10 against the lowly Carolina Panthers. He added two interceptions for good measure.

Jones’ play continues to propel the Giants toward the ability to select his replacement at quarterback in 2025. He was in a great position to quiet the haters in Week 10 against a porous Panthers defense. He simply did not answer the call.

2. Mac Jones, Jacksonville Jaguars

Mac Jones was solid for most of Sunday’s loss to the Vikings until he started turning the ball over in the fourth quarter. Jones and the Jaguars had three chances to mount game-winning drives and Jones threw those chances away.

Jones looked like the player the Patriots cast aside this offseason. His final throw was a desperation heave that had no business being thrown and appeared to target nobody. The Jaguars are in serious trouble if Trevor Lawrence is out for the season.

1. Cooper Rush, Dallas Cowboys

If Sunday was any indication, the Cowboys are in for a rough rest of the season without Dak Prescott behind center. Cooper Rush only threw for 45 yards and spent the end of the game watching Trey Lance run the offense.

The Cowboys had no idea what they were doing when Prescott was healthy and that is going to continue to go in the wrong direction with Rush.
