Xavier Legette fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 9 (2024). Should you start or sit Xavier Legette for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in 14+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR42
ANALYSIS: Carolina Panthers wide receiver Xavier Legette has played well lately. The rookie receiver had four receptions on seven targets for 34 receiving yards, a touchdown, and 11.4 half-point PPR fantasy points last week against the Denver Broncos with Bryce Young under center. He has a receiving touchdown in two of the past three games.

More importantly, Legette is the team's new No. 1 wide receiver after the Panthers traded away Diontae Johnson earlier this week. Thankfully, the rookie has an appealing matchup in Week 9 against the New Orleans Saints.
The Saints have surrendered 29.3 fantasy points per game to wide receivers, the seventh-most in the NFL. New Orleans has given up over 210 receiving yards and two touchdowns in two of their past three games, including against the Los Angeles Chargers last week.
Fantasy players can start Legette as a flex option in deeper leagues in Week 9.
