Fantasy Football Matchup Outlooks

Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 11:

Kareem Hunt, RB, Chiefs

Kansas City Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt had a solid Week 9 with 11 carries for 49 rushing yards and a touchdown against the Bills. He picked up more work with Isiah Pacheco (knee) on the sidelines, but it is possible that Pacheco will return in Week 11 against the Broncos. Hunt has six touchdowns on the season and four scores in the last five weeks. The Broncos have been a tough matchup for running backs this season, but Hunt has touchdown-dependent upside if you are looking for running back help or are desperate for a flex play this week.

Chase Brown, RB, Bengals

Cincinnati Bengals running back Chase Brown is looking to build off a strong performance he had as a receiver in Week 9. Brown hauled in eight of his 14 targets for 75 yards during their loss to the Chicago Bears. The 25-year-old struggled with only 37 yards on the ground, but the eight receptions helped save his fantasy value. The Bengals had a bye week this past weekend, but head into a matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 11. Brown rushed for over 100 yards during their last matchup in Week 7.

The Bengals are going to be without Samaje Perine (ankle) for a few weeks. That being said, Brown figures to see almost all the work in the backfield. He played 96 percent of the offensive snaps during the loss to the Bears. Brown should be a focal point in this offense going forward.

Rico Dowdle, RB, Panthers

Carolina Panthers running back Rico Dowdle (quadriceps) was removed from Friday's final injury report and will play on Sunday against the division-rival Atlanta Falcons in Week 11, according to Darin Gantt of Panthers.com. Dowdle missed practice on Wednesday for the second straight week with a minor quad injury, but he returned to practice on Thursday and is now in the clear to play this weekend as Carolina's lead back. The 27-year-old has been one of the NFL's most dominant RBs in 2025, vaulting him into a top-five weekly play at the position in fantasy football.

He played through his quad issue in last week's loss to the New Orleans Saints and had 21 touches for 64 yards. Dowdle is averaging a career-best 5.3 yards per carry in his first year with the Panthers for 788 rushing yards and five touchdowns on 149 carries. He has added 18 catches for 142 yards and another score. Keep him locked into your starting lineup.

Calvin Austin III, WR, Steelers

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Calvin Austin III has struggled to capitalize on his opportunities in 2025. Through seven games, he's caught 21 of 36 targets for 237 yards and two touchdowns. Despite rumors that Pittsburgh might add another wideout at the trade deadline to complement D.K. Metcalf, no deal materialized, keeping Austin in the WR2 role.

However, his Week 10 miscue, a dropped pass that led to an interception, hurt the team and could affect his standing with quarterback Aaron Rodgers. With trust being critical in Rodgers' offense, Austin needs to show more consistency and playmaking ability. For now, he holds some fantasy value based on volume alone, but he'll need to step up to remain a reliable option.

Calvin Ridley, WR, Titans

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley (hamstring) was a limited participant in practice again on Thursday. The veteran receiver is trying to work his way back from a hamstring injury that he suffered in Week 6. Tennessee's pass catchers haven't missed a beat since Ridley went down, as Chimere Dike has 12 catches for 168 yards since then, and Elic Ayomanor has nine catches for 127 yards.

The Titans continue to struggle on both sides of the ball, but a high frequency of negative game scripts has left Tennessee's receivers in a relatively favorable fantasy position. The two rookies are low-end WR3/flex options, while Ridley can be benched in most leagues.
