Who should I start for Week 16? Fantasy football outlooks for Christian Watson, Rome Odunze, Keon Coleman. Our expert fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks.
We love starting our studs in fantasy football. There's no better feeling than never having to make serious start-sit decisions when you have a roster loaded with elite players who consistently put up big numbers.
But most fantasy managers don't have that luxury, and even this deep into the playoffs, many rosters are being forced to choose between what can feel like multiple bad options. Chasing upside can be tough sometimes.
Let's explore three wide receivers who at least have a chance of performing well in Week 16, and whether we like starting them.
Should I Start Christian Watson for Fantasy Football?
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Christian Watson has produced better for fantasy football managers in recent weeks. He put up an absolute dud, 0.4 PPR point performance in Week 12, yet he's exceeded 50 receiving yards in four of his last five contests. He was targeted six times in Week 14 and seven in Week 15.

Watson has been elite against man coverage this season and gets an easy matchup with the New Orleans Saints in Week 16. Unfortunately for fantasy managers, Green Bay's head coach is Matt LaFleur, who prefers to run the ball as heavily as possible when he gets the chance.
The Saints are extremely banged up on offense, and we could see GB quarterback Jordan Love throw less than 20 passes on Sunday, making No. 9 an extremely boom-or-bust option. In deeper leagues fire him up, but he's risky.
Should I Start Rome Odunze for Fantasy Football?
Chicago Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze hasn't had a great rookie season. He's struggled to separate from defenders consistently, and his quarterback, Caleb Williams, has had a rough year. Odunze was targeted seven times in Week 15 but ended up with just two catches for 39 yards.

It's odd to think that you'd rather see the Bears get blown out because Williams has been an absolute garbage-time merchant. That's not something you want to rely on in the playoffs, though. Odunze registers as another decent start only in deep leagues (14+ teams).
Should I Start Keon Coleman for Fantasy Football?
This is another tough one, and we recommend you only start him in leagues with 14+ teams, just like the others. Coleman is in a heavy rotation at WR, splitting snaps and routes with WRs Amari Cooper, Khalil Shakir, and Mack Hollins,

This was his only catch from last week. It was a big one. But Coleman's development has been hampered by injury. He's a risky player to start this Sunday.
