Fantasy Football Playoffs Outlooks

Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider drafting in playoff leagues:

Rhamondre Stevenson, RB, New England Patriots

New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson had seven carries for 131 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns during Sunday's Week 18 win over the Miami Dolphins. He also caught two passes for an additional 22 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown.

All in all, Stevenson had 153 scrimmage yards and three touchdowns as the Patriots officially locked up the No. 2 seed in the AFC playoff picture. It was very encouraging to see both Stevenson and Tre'Veyon Henderson co-exist in New England's backfield for the second week in a row.

The 27-year-old running back has six touchdowns over his last three games, and he ranks as a top-five running back in full-PPR leagues since the team's bye week. He should remain heavily involved as a short-yardage and receiving threat when the Patriots play in the Wild Card Round against the Los Angeles Chargers next weekend.

Matthew Stafford, QB, Los Angeles Rams

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford completed 25 of his 40 pass attempts for 259 passing yards, four passing touchdowns, and zero interceptions during Sunday's Week 18 win over the Arizona Cardinals.

He also took one sack and rushed for three yards. The 37-year-old quarterback entered this week in a neck-and-neck race with Drake Maye for the MVP award, and Stafford might have pulled ahead on Sunday afternoon, even without Davante Adams (hamstring) at his disposal.

He finishes the regular season with an NFL-leading 4,707 passing yards, 46 passing touchdowns, and just eight interceptions. Los Angeles secured the NFC's No. 5 seed and will move on to face the Carolina Panthers in the opening round of the NFL playoffs next weekend.

Colston Loveland, TE, Chicago Bears

Chicago Bears rookie right end Colston Loveland had a big game in his team's 19-16 Week 18 loss to the Detroit Lions, hauling in 10 catches for 91 yards and a touchdown on 13 targets. The 21-year-old ended his first NFL regular season on a tear, recording back-to-back weeks with double-digit targets, at least 90 receiving yards, and a touchdown.

For the season, Loveland finishes with 58 catches for 713 yards and six touchdowns on 82 targets across 16 games played. After hitting the five-target mark just twice over the first 11 weeks of the season, Loveland earned at least five targets in each of his final seven games of the year.

The 10th overall pick in the 2025 draft, Loveland has a chance to establish himself as one of the NFL's premier tight ends as he heads into 2026 and remains a high-end option for those in playoff fantasy leagues.

Trevor Lawrence, QB, Jacksonville Jaguars

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence completed 22 of his 30 pass attempts for 255 passing yards, three passing touchdowns, and zero interceptions during Sunday's Week 18 win over the Tennessee Titans.

He also rushed for 11 yards and took two sacks. Lawrence put together another terrific outing as the Jaguars cruised to victory, clinching the AFC South title. The former No. 1 pick was pulled from the game early in the fourth quarter so that he could stay healthy for the playoffs, and he handed the reins of the offense to Nick Mullens.

Lawrence has been spectacular all season long, especially over the last six weeks. Through his final six regular-season games, he amassed 1,600 passing yards, 15 passing touchdowns, 149 rushing yards, four rushing touchdowns, and just one turnover. He's firmly in the mix to be a top-five quarterback in 2026 fantasy drafts.
