Top 250 Dynasty Fantasy Baseball Prospects Rankings (November 2023 Update)

Jasson Dominguez - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Prospects, Draft Sleepers, MLB Injury News

Benjamin's updated top 250 fantasy baseball prospects rankings (dynasty) as of November 1, 2023. MLB prospect rankings for fantasy baseball dynasty leagues.

Welcome back RotoBallers to the November update of our MLB team's dynasty fantasy baseball prospects rankings for the 2023 season. We've now entered the "dead" time of the season as far as major impact to lists is concerned.

The players still playing in the Arizona Fall League and winter leagues can impact their views, but it's also something to be wary of due to the small sample size aspect of offseason leagues as well as the inconsistent level of competition.

With that said, we will revisit this list monthly throughout the offseason with any updates due to offseason trades or player information gathered from fall and winter leagues, so keep checking in each month!

MLB Prospect Rankings for Dynasty Leagues

These fantasy baseball prospect rankings are geared towards dynasty leagues, which are looking at longer-term impacts for fantasy baseball. Proximity is weighed into the rankings, so a player who has reached the major leagues already or should figure prominently into his team's 2024 plans will get a nod above a similarly-valued player who is multiple years away from the majors.

Make sure to check out all of RotoBaller's dynasty baseball coverage!

Who's Hot, Who's Not

No one has had a bigger impact on his spot in the rankings since the end of the regular season than Evan Carter. The Rangers outfielder played in every game of the postseason for Texas, slashing .300/.417/.500 over 17 games in the most competitive and intense time of the year for a player. Incredibly, he did that after playing just 23 MLB games before the offseason.

You'll see that Carter is now just outside of the top five, after being on the edge of the top 10 in the October update. While numerically that seems like a small jump, understand that the elite talent at the top of the list means that's a big jump up.

With some rumors of a complete rebuild of the swing required in 2024, it's hard not to drop Elijah Green on this list. He's still on the list due to his immense raw talent, but a player who struck out 41.6% of the time and produced just a .327 slugging percentage with his immense raw power has some major concerns going forward right now.
