PrizePicks Over/Under DFS Props Contests
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game.
The second game is known as Single Stat. For the MLB, Single Stat consists of pitcher strikeout props in which you determine if the pitcher in question will go over or under their projected strikeout total.
You can mix and match players from different types of games in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Let's see what the board offers today!

Eduardo Rodriguez more than 6.0 strikeouts
Rodriguez has become a staple in this piece as he has now struck out at least seven batters in each of his three starts since returning from the IL on July 5th. He will be up against the Angels, who are posting the highest k rate vs. left-handers over the previous three weeks with a rate of nearly 32%. The only scary part here is that the Angels are also posting a wRC+ mark of 135 vs. Southpaws over that same span, so ERod will need to avoid major damage.
Tyler Glasnow less than 8.5 strikeouts
This is a tad dicey as Glasnow is certainly capable of striking out nine as he has done this in three of his previous five starts. That being said, he does have seven starts in 2023 where he has failed to eclipse this total, and he does have a tough matchup against the Marlins tonight. Over the previous three weeks, Miami is posting the sixth-best K rate vs. right-handers with a sub-20% mark. They are also posting a 103 wRC+ mark over that same span, so they may get to Glasnow a little as well.
George Kirby more than 6.0 strikeouts
Kirby has only struck out seven or more batters in six starts this season, but one of those starts came in his most recent outing against these Minnesota Twins, where he struck out 10 batters across seven innings of work. Over the previous three weeks, Minnesota is posting the highest K rate vs. right-handers with a rate of 28.8%. Kirby's teammate, Kenta Maeda, was able to replicate his work last night as he struck out eight batters after striking out nine in his starts against Minnesota last week, so here is hoping Kirby can do the same tonight.
Griffin Canning more than 6.5 strikeouts
Canning has struck out seven or more batters in four of his previous six starts. Tonight, he faces the Tigers, who are posting the 11th-highest K rate vs. right-handers over the previous three weeks with a rate of 25.6%. They are also posting a lackluster wRC+ of 79 vs. right-handers over that same span.
