Zach Pascal Out With Illness Wednesday
3 years agoIndianapolis Colts wide receiver Zach Pascal (illness) did not take part in practice on Wednesday. As long as this isn't related to COVID-19, Pascal should be able to suit up for a Week 3 matchup with the Tennessee Titans. Pascal is second on the team in targets (11) behind Michael Pittman Jr.'s 16 through the first two weeks of the season. He has turned those 11 targets into nine receptions for 81 yards and three touchdowns. It has made the 26-year-old a popular waiver pickup early on after he's built some nice chemistry with new quarterback Carson Wentz. However, with Wentz highly questionable with two sprained ankles, Pascal could be taking throws from backup Jacob Eason this Sunday. On the bright side, the Titans defense has allowed the most fantasy points per game to the wideout position through two weeks. Temper expectations for Pascal if Eason is forced to start.
