Philadelphia Eagles tight end Zach Ertz is a top-three option for Week 1. The Eagles will take on the Washington Redskins, a team that is expected to be rather decent at defending opposing tight ends, but Ertz isn't just any tight end. He should once again be the focal point of quarterback Carson Wentz's passing offense.
