5 years agoHouston Astros designated hitter Yordan Alvarez (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Friday's game against the St. Louis Cardinals. Alvarez will not be able to serve as the designated hitter while playing in St. Louis, so he'll sit this one out. He'll likely play off the bench, but won't get many at-bats. Fantasy owners can bench him this weekend.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
