2 years agoAfter a discount DFS price for Will Zalatoris in his first event of the season, he is back at his normal price point this week in California. Zalatoris is making his second career start at the American Express -- he finished T6 last season. In that event, Zalatoris hit 72% of greens while hitting only 58% of fairways. However, in his last start at the Sentry Tournament of Champions, Zalatoris hit 84% of greens and 61% of fairways. The stat that will make the biggest difference for Zalatoris is his putting. Last season, Zalatoris finished 103rd on tour in strokes gained in putting and was awful on the greens at the 2022 American Express. However, in his first event of this season, Zalatoris gained .509 strokes on the greens. All signs point towards a solid week for Zalatoris this week in California.--Kasey Kuhrts - RotoBaller
