Walker Jenkins Triples in Three-Hit Performance
Walker Jenkins logged his second consecutive three-hit game on Saturday, going 3-for-5 with a triple and a run scored for Double-A Wichita. The Twins' top-ranked prospect (MLB No. 13) has shown well since returning to Double-A, hitting .302 with five doubles, a triple, and two home runs in 23 games for the Wind Surge. Equally as impressive, the 20-year-old has walked just as many times as he's struck out (19), good for a 17.6 percent rate for each stat. The former fifth-overall draft pick could see some time at Triple-A later this year in preparation for a major league debut sometime in 2026, and the left-handed slugger should eventually be a multi-category fantasy producer.
