Free-agent linebacker Trey Flowers is joining the Dolphins. He began his career with the Patriots, helping the franchise secure multiple Super Bowl victories. He then signed with the Lions in 2019, where he played his last three seasons before the team released him during the offseason. While the veteran's production and availability have decreased substantially over his previous few years in Detroit, he has plenty of upside. Flowers isn't worth much for IDP managers at the moment. However, he's someone to watch throughout the 2022-23 campaign and could prove helpful on the fantasy end if he can carve out a consistent role and stay healthy.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
