Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder ​Tommy Edman continued his early-season power surge Tuesday, launching a three-run home run in the first inning of Tuesday’s 11-10 extra-inning loss to the Chicago Cubs. It was Edman's eighth home run of the season, already surpassing his total of six from last year. He also added a sacrifice fly and a single, finishing 2-for-4 with four RBI on the night. Edman is now slashing .272/.303/.576 and remains a key contributor to the Dodgers' potent lineup. Los Angeles will look to split the two-game series with the Cubs on Wednesday before an off day leading into the weekend--Julian Brooke
