4 years agoJacksonville Jaguars tight end Tim Tebow could be used as more than a traditional tight end, similar to how the New Orleans Saints previously used Taysom Hill. It means that the Jaguars might prefer to use Tebow in more of a super-utility role as a tight end, blocker, H-back, running back type of player as he attempts to make the team this summer in training camp. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport was told that Tebow has a 50-50 chance to make the final roster, but the good news for him is that his old head coach at the University of Florida and the Jaguars head coach Urban Meyer is in Tebow's corner. It's unclear how much the Jags would intend to use Tebow on offense if he actually makes the team, but it probably wouldn't be good news for running back James Robinson, especially if Tebow is used in goal-line situations.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
