Miami Marlins left-handed pitching prospect Thomas White has enjoyed a strong start to the High-A regular season. Through his first 16 1/3 innings of work, the southpaw has struck out 22 batters and served up 11 free passes. White has tallied at least six punchouts in three of his four outings. However, he has also served up three walks in three of his four starts. Last season, the top prospect in Miami spent most of his time with High-A and held a 2.61 ERA with a 1.16 WHIP across 62 innings of work. During this stint, he struck out 76 batters and allowed 21 walks. If White can continue to lower his walk rate, he should be in the mix to earn a promotion to Double-A. White is an emerging arm in the minor leagues and should be in contention to reach the majors in 2026.--Andy Smith
