Ottawa Senators defenseman Thomas Chabot made an early exit in Sunday's contest versus Calgary, limping off the ice after blocking a shot. He took a shot off his left leg and finished with only 15:59 of ice time. Chabot averages over 25 minutes for the season, so he was a big miss for the team. His injury will be an even bigger blow if Chabot has to sit out any games. Ottawa returns to action on Tuesday against Edmonton and there should be an update on Chabot prior to the game. If he's out, new boy Jakob Chychrun would become the main man on the blue line, with extra usage in store for Jake Sanderson as well. The Senators also lost forward Mathieu Joseph (lower body) to injury Sunday night.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
