Stefan Noesen has agreed to a one-year, two-way contract with the Carolina Hurricanes. The deal carries a $750,000 AAV in the NHL, and a $250,000 payout in the AHL. The forward played out the 2020-21 season in Toronto and San Jose, recording no points in six NHL games. Noesen joins fellow unrestricted free agent Derek Stepan in signing with the Hurricanes in recent days. The Plano, Texas native is an AHL-level player with bottom-six NHL upside. He had fantasy value in 2017-18 when he scored 27 points with the New Jersey Devils. Since then he has struggled to make his mark in the NHL but if he can find his way into a steady role in the Hurricanes lineup, he could potentially muster up some fantasy value. --Naftali Clinton - RotoBallerRead More News
