Steelers Are Keeping Quarterback Decision In-House
2 months agoPittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said the team has decided on a starter for Sunday's Week 7 matchup against the New York Jets. Tomlin said he is keeping that decision in-house, but he might be the only one actually trying to do that. Wide receiver George Pickens said that he has been putting in extra work with Wilson this week because it's his first start. Wilson has been getting first-team reps this week and all signs are pointing to him starting this weekend. The 35-year-old won't get an easy task against the Jets strong pass defense. He'll be on the QB2 radar in what looks to be his team debut this weekend.
