5 years agoThe Seattle Seahawks placed linebacker Mychal Kendricks (knee) on Injured Reserve on Wednesday and promoted offensive tackle Chad Wheeler from the practice squad in a corresponding move. Kendricks didn't play in the wild-card win over the Eagles last weekend, and now his season will come to an end. He was effective in his 14 games for Seattle, racking up 71 total tackles (47 solo), three sacks, one forced fumble and one interception. His absence is a downgrade for Seattle's defense in the middle of the field, but luckily they have one of the best all-around linebackers in the game in Bobby Wagner still wreaking havoc for them.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
