6 years agoNew York Giants running back Saquon Barkley has lived up to the preseason hype, averaging 4.9 yards per carry, 49 receptions, 905 yards from scrimmage and seven touchdowns this season. The young superstar continues to dominate despite the Giants disappointing 1-6 start. Barkley will go up against a Washington defense that has allowed the eighth fewest fantasy points to opposing runners with only four touchdowns in six games. The Redskins have not allowed a single runner yet to amass more than 100 total yards in a game, something Barkley has done in six of his first seven games. The matchup isn't ideal but Barkley is one of the best fantasy players of the 2018 season. The rookie is an elite RB1 and needs to be in lineups in all formats.--Joey C - RotoBaller
