Russell Wilson Will Need To Stay Efficient Against LAC
6 years agoSeattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson has been a master of efficiency so far this season, bringing back memories of his Super Bowl-winning year. Wilson hasn't thrown more than 23 passes in any of his last three games, but he's chucked nine touchdowns in that time. On the season, he's got a TD percentage of 8.8%, third best in the NFL, and his interception percentage is just 2.2%. He's one of just three QBs with a TD% above 7% and an INT% below 3%, and the other two are Patrick Mahomes and Philip Rivers, two of the front-runners for MVP. That said, he's facing a defense that is allowing the fifth-fewest fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks over the last four weeks. Wilson will have his work cut out for him this week.
