According to Evan Grant of the Dallas Morning News, the Texas Rangers are expected to continue to look for options to strengthen their bullpen. During the team's FanFest on Saturday, President of Baseball Operations Chris Young said, "Some of that's going to need to come internally with our player development, and some of it may be externally, but it's our job to continue to look for ways to upgrade" when asked about the state of his bullpen. The Rangers have already been busy in the relief pitcher market this winter as they brought in Chris Martin, Robert Garcia, and Holby Milner, among others. However, the team lacks a proven ninth-inning option with Kirby Yates testing the open market. Last season, Yates tallied 33 saves with a 1.17 ERA and a 0.83 WHIP with the Rangers. For now, fantasy managers should expect Martin and Garcia to be the top options for saves.--Andy Smith
