4 years agoThe New England Patriots are signing veteran offensive guard Alex Redmond to an undisclosed deal on Monday, according to his agent. The 26-year-old started 24 games over the last three seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals. New England is also re-signing center James Ferentz. They will join a Patriots offensive line that will likely feature starters Michael Owenu, David Andrews and Shaq Mason and reserves Ted Karras, William Sherman, Marcus Martin and Najee Toran. Redmond has played in 23 games (17 starts) in four seasons with Cincinnati after going undrafted in 2017. He bounced between the team's 53-man roster and their practice squad last season.
