Dallas Mavericks forward/center Anthony Davis (calf) will play on Thursday against Detroit. The 32-year-old was sidelined for nearly a month because of a calf strain. While he returned for the loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on November 28, he's missed some time since then. AD has had a tough year outside of his injury woes, averaging 20.0 points, one of the lowest marks of his career.
