5 years agoKansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said that quarterback Patrick Mahomes (knee) will practice on Wednesday, but backup Matt Moore will take the "majority" of the team repetitions. Reid isn't ruling out Mahomes for Week 8 against the Packers just yet. Mahomes is expected to miss three to five weeks after dislocating his kneecap last Thursday, but it looks like he's making good progress. He should beat his initial timetable, but he remains unlikely to suit up this Sunday night at home against Green Bay. Moore will start this weekend and is a low-end QB2. All Chiefs skills players need to be downgraded accordingly for however long Mahomes sits out.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
