P.J. Washington Returns From Three-Game Absence Tuesday
Dallas Mavericks forward P.J. Washington (ankle) has been cleared to return to the lineup on Tuesday against the Charlotte Hornets, Mike Curtis of The Dallas Morning News reports. Washington has battled ankle issues all year, with the most recent one keeping him out of action for three games. The 27-year-old has enjoyed a solid season on a struggling team, averaging 14.3 points and 7.1 rebounds per game. On Tuesday night, Washington may be more active on the offensive end, as Dallas will be without Cooper Flagg (foot) and Naji Marshall (finger), two of the team's top three scorers.
