Norman Powell Cleared To Play In Wednesday’s Season Opener
Norman Powell has been given the green light to play in Wednesday's game versus New Orleans. Powell passed his last round of COVID-19 testing prior to tip-off and is now set to lead the team's second unit in their first game of the season. Last year proved to be a breakout campaign for Powell, who averaged 16 points per contest while shooting a career-best 49.5 percent from the field overall. In line to be the top scoring option off Toronto's bench, he'll have solid season-long appeal to begin the campaign and could benefit from a DFS perspective from playing at the Pelicans up-tempo pace.
