Tampa Bay Lightning right wing Nikita Kucherov started the season with a very quiet performance against Florida Saturday night, failing to register a single shot on goal. He also had just two missed attempts, while spending close to 22 minutes (21:52) on the ice. It wasn't a completely unforgettable night form him though, as he scored a shootout goal to help the team win 2-1. J.T. Miller also netted in the shootout. The Bolts will be back in action on Thursday when they start a five-game homestand against Vancouver. Expect Kucherov to come to life during that stretch of games.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
