Mitch Trubisky Has Been Inconsistent At Training Camp

Chicago Bears quarterback Mitch Trubisky, who has made just 12 NFL starts heading into his second year, has been extremely inconsistent early in training camp. He's learning a new offensive scheme that is much more complex than the one he had in place in his rookie season, and he has been on a roller coaster on a play-by-play basis. The new coaching staff will be patient with Trubisky as he learns the offense, but at some point he'll need to make adjustments and be more consistent. He was asked to be a game manager in 2017, but Trubisky is expected to take a leap with a better offensive line and weapons in the receiving game. He's worth taking as your second quarterback with upside.
