Colorado Avalanche forward Mikko Rantanen took care of all the scoring in Sunday's 3-2 overtime victory against St. Louis, completing his fifth career hat trick in overtime. Rantanen gave Colorado the lead in the middle of the second period, but the team then needed a late tying goal to extend the game and Rantanen was able to provide it with just nine ticks left in regulation. The Finnish sniper is now just one goal short of hitting the 20-mark this season, and he has taken over the scoring lead on the team with 36 points in 29 games. Rantanen is one of only a few Avalanche forwards who have managed to avoid injury this season and it could end up being a superb campaign for him if he manages to keep it that way.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
