Colorado Avalanche right wing Mikko Rantanen is indeed day-to-day with a lower-body injury. He suffered a tweak of some sort during the middle of the week and never felt quite right after that. Rantanen being out means Andre Burakovsky stays on the top line with Gabriel Landeskog and Nathan MacKinnon. The problem now lies in the big void on that right side. It did seem this was not all that serious of an injury, and this still may not be.
