Luis Robert Jr. Absent on Tuesday
Luis Robert Jr. will head to the bench ahead of Tuesday's game against the New York Mets. This appears to be a routine rest day for Robert who has started in 13 straight games. It has been an ugly start to the season for Robert who is slashing .191/.277/.309 through basically the first two months of the season. The only bright spot is the fact that Robert has 21 stolen bases, which is currently the most in the American League. In his absence, Michael A. Taylor will cover center field and bat ninth against right-hander Tylor Megill on Tuesday.
