Kyle Bradish "Right On Track," Could Return In Second Half
Kyle Bradish (elbow) is "right on track" in his recovery from Tommy John surgery, manager Brandon Hyde said on Friday. Barring a setback in his recovery, Hyde said that a return is possible in the second half of the season for Bradish. The 28-year-old had Tommy John and an internal-brace procedure in June of 2024 and will not be available for the entire first half of the 2025 season, making him one to ignore for fantasy managers in single-year redraft leagues. However, he could become a worthwhile streamer in deeper formats late in the year. Bradish was looking good for Baltimore early last year before his elbow issues cropped up, posting a 2.75 ERA and 1.07 WHIP with 53 K's in 39 1/3 innings over eight starts. He also had a breakout 2023 campaign with a 2.83 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and 168:44 K:BB in 30 starts (168 2/3 frames).
