Kurt Kitayama Struggling To Find Approach Game
10 months agoThis year's Arnold Palmer Invitation winner, Kurt Kitayama, has been struggling with his irons and wedges since the start of June. The 30-year-old made the weekend in the Scottish Open last week, but he was still dismal on approach, losing 2.3 strokes in that category. Kitayama's around-the-green prowess aided him in Scotland, but he'll need more than that when he travels to Royal Liverpool for The Open this week. With the putter also in a bad place of late, there's no reason to believe things turn around for the California-native this week. Fantasy managers can safely stay away, even at a value price tag of $7,200 on DraftKings.
