Kris Bryant Sidelined On Wednesday With Sinus Issue
Kris Bryant (illness) is absent from Wednesday's lineup versus the Cleveland Indians. Bryant left Tuesday's contest in the bottom of the sixth inning with a sinus issue that was making it difficult for him to breathe. It's a relief for fantasy managers that this shouldn't be a long-term injury and Bryant should be considered day-to-day. Bryant has been off to a great start in his walk year and is hitting .308 with nine home runs, 22 RBI and a stolen base. Infielder David Bote will replace Bryant at the hot corner and bat fifth. Bote is having a tough season with a .184 batting average, but has contributed 15 RBI on the season. Bote is nothing more than a cheap dart throw in DFS versus Sam Hentges on Wednesday.
