K.J. Wright Expected To Debut Sunday
6 years agoSeattle Seahawks linebacker K.J. Wright is finally expected to make his season debut on Sunday against the Lions. Wright has been sidelined since August due to arthroscopic knee surgery, and he talked with reporters at length about how difficult it was to sit at home and watch road games instead of getting to be with the team. Seattle has had a top-10 defense without Wright on the field, but he should bring better coverage in the middle to help Bobby Wagner lock down that area. With Wright and Wagner healthy, Seattle has one of the best linebacker crews in the league. They'll be tested this week by Detroit, but they should be able to put up a strong fight against Matthew Stafford and company.
